On the payment page, copy the PayID email e.g. (420691@paybtc.com.au), or BSB/ACC numbers into your banking app or portal, then send the exact amount of AUD quoted.

How do I sell Bitcoin?

You can sell Bitcoin instantly on the Sell Bitcoin page. After your first order you’ll automatically have an account with us.

How to Sell:

To sell Bitcoin into a bank, enter your email, the receiving bank's BSB/ACC number and the amount you'd like to sell. Click "Sell".
Then, enter your email login code. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder.

On the payment page, copy or scan the Bitcoin address into your wallet platform, then send the exact amount of BTC quoted.

When sending via PayID or instant transfer, buy payments are instant and clear 24/7.

When sending via regular bank transfer, this can take up to 1 business day to clear.

How fast are sell payments?

Instant Bank Payments:

Funds are cleared and available instantly after 1 block confirmation (~10 minutes), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Regular Bank Payments:

If your bank does not support NPP, typically the money will be in your account next-day.

BPAY Bill Payments:

Payment is sent after 1 block confirmation (~10 minutes), the biller typically then receives funds within 2 business days.

What's the maximum I can send?

Bank payments have a maximum of $250,000 each, with clearing in just 1 block (10 minutes). You can pay up to $250,000 per day. If you would like to apply for higher limits please contact us.

BPAY payments have a maximum of $1,000 each with up to $250,000 in total per day. Remember you can split a bill across numerous transactions if the bill is over $1,000.

Are there any fees?

There are no fees, the amount you see during a payment is the exact amount you’ll receive. We maintain the platform from currency spread and are Australian owned and run. How do I verify my ID?
